Dismissed Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Guo, also known as Guo Hua Ping, was immediately subjected to booking procedures following her re-arrest by the Pasig City Regional Trial Court (RTC) on human trafficking charges.

Guo was once again photographed for mugshots, fingerprinted, and underwent a medical checkup, similar to her previous booking process.

It was recalled that the Pasig Court had also ordered Guo’s transfer to the Pasig City Jail Female Dormitory, under the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), but the transfer was delayed due to incomplete documentation.

The transfer is expected to take place on Monday.

The BJMP has assured that no special treatment will be provided to Guo, stating that all persons deprived of liberty are treated equally in their facilities.
