Actor John Wayne Sace Arrested in Pasig City for Allegedly Shooting Friend

John Wayne Sace, former actor, was arrested in Pasig City for allegedly shooting and killing his friend in a reported altercation.

Pasig City Police confirmed Sace’s arrest, stating that he is currently in their custody.

According to EPD Director Colonel Villamor Tuliao, the incident took place around 7:00 p.m. when Sace allegedly shot his friend in Barangay Sagad, Pasig City.

Authorities reported that Sace attempted to flee but was captured at a motel around 6:00 a.m. the following day.

Initial investigations suggest a long-standing dispute between Sace and the victim may have led to the incident.

Before his arrest, Sace posted online, hinting at threats against himself and his family, though no specific names were mentioned.

Sace’s last television appearance was in FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, where he portrayed the character Omar from 2021 to 2022.
