Transmission services were disrupted in Mountain Province, while partial service was reported in Camarines Sur, Albay, Sorsogon, and Quezon. In the Visayas, Northern Samar was the only province affected.

NGCP stated that the exact cost of damage has yet to be determined, but the Department of Energy has given the company 10 days to restore transmission lines in the affected areas.

At the same time, NGCP announced a slight increase in transmission rates this month, with Ancillary Service (AS) charges rising by ₱0.0997/kWh, from ₱0.6546/kWh in September.
