Nafarrete called on Army units and suppliers to embrace upcoming policy changes, stressing that transparent and efficient procurement is essential to the Army’s operational readiness.

He noted that when processes are clear, fast, and accountable, the Army can meet the needs of its soldiers with quality and timeliness.
