Five of the affected municipalities are in Isabela, specifically Angadanan, Dinapigue, Divilacan, Maconacon, and Palanan.

The Cagayan River’s water level at Buntun Bridge has surged to 9.2 meters above sea level, prompting close observation.

Due to the rising river level, pre-emptive evacuation plans are being prepared for low-lying and flood-prone areas.
