Despite its departure, Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 2 remains raised over Batanes, northern Cagayan including Babuyan Islands, Ilocos Norte, Apayao, and northeastern Abra, warning of gale-force winds.

Meanwhile, Signal No. 1 is still in effect for the remaining parts of Cagayan, Isabela, Abra, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, northern Benguet, Ilocos Sur, and northern La Union, indicating strong winds.

Crising’s wide cloud band continues to bring rain across several regions, including Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, MIMAROPA, Visayas, and parts of Mindanao, as it enhances the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

The storm is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) by Saturday morning or afternoon, and may intensify into a Severe Tropical Storm as it heads toward China.
