Upon apprehension, Carl’s group admitted the act was done in jest.

The minor is now under the custody of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), while the adult tricycle driver will face charges of grave scandal.

Authorities continue to appeal to the public to refrain from such lewd public displays, especially as such content spreads quickly on social media.

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has summoned both the owner and driver of the tricycle involved.
