Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte assured continued support for patients, including the provision of necessary medication through the city’s social hygiene clinics.

From January to May 2025, 21,000 individuals underwent HIV testing, reflecting a 16.7% increase compared to 2024.

In response to the growing number of cases, the city will expand clinics offering free services such as HIV testing, Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP), Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP), Antiretroviral Therapy (ART), and other sexual health-related services.

Additionally, Klinika Eastwood has launched the “Drive, Park, and Test” program, allowing clients to undergo HIV testing from their vehicles, providing a more comfortable and private screening option.
