Their return to Metro Manila marks a successful repatriation effort by the Philippine government.

The repatriation was made possible through coordination between Philippine embassies in Oman and Saudi Arabia, as well as the licensed recruitment agency responsible for their deployment.

Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) Assistant Secretary Levinson Alcantara personally welcomed the seafarers at Ninoy Aquino International Airport, alongside other officials.

The repatriated seafarers will undergo evaluations before returning to their respective provinces.
