Two Dead, One Injured in Three-Vehicle Collision in Pamplona, CamSur

Two people lost their lives, while another sustained injuries in a three-vehicle collision in Pamplona, Camarines Sur.

According to PCPT Monica San Juan, Chief of Police of Pamplona Municipal Police Station, the accident involved a van, a mini truck, and a passenger jeepney.

Initial investigations revealed that the mini truck’s tire burst, causing it to veer into the lane occupied by the van.

The impact led to a collision between the van and the truck, which also struck a passing jeepney.

The truck driver and his assistant suffered severe injuries, while the van driver sustained minor wounds.

Both the truck driver and his assistant were rushed to the hospital, but unfortunately, they succumbed to their injuries while receiving treatment.

Following the incident, Pamplona MPS urged motorists to exercise caution to prevent similar accidents.

Authorities continue to monitor road safety and provide assistance to ensure safe travel for the public.
