Agriculture Secretary Francisco Tiu Laurel Jr. confirmed that the DA-FPA received complaints regarding the unauthorized distribution of agricultural inputs by WLEX Company.

Investigators found that WLEX lacked the necessary license to distribute pesticide products, violating existing regulations.

Authorities assured the public that operations will continue to prevent the exploitation of farmers through the sale of unregistered agricultural products.

The confiscated items will undergo further investigation, and appropriate charges will be filed against those responsible.
