A Chinese woman, identified as Li Wei from Kunming, Yunnan Province, has gone viral after sharing the dramatic physical changes she experienced during pregnancy.

During the early months, Li Wei noticed positive effects, including radiant skin and improved well-being, which doctors refer to as the “joy of pregnancy” due to high estrogen and progesterone levels.

However, by her fifth month, she observed significant changes in her facial features, including a larger nose and deep wrinkles, making her appearance drastically different.

As she entered the second and third trimesters, Li Wei developed pregnancy spots on her cheeks, swollen arms and legs, and postpartum hair loss.

Doctors reassured her that these changes were normal and would gradually fade after childbirth.

Following her delivery, Li Wei focused on healthy eating and regular exercise, which helped her restore her appearance.
