Reports indicate that the unnamed senior male officer was formally charged at the prosecutor’s office following complaints of sexual assault filed by two junior officers.

The incident allegedly occurred on January 29 after a night-out event, with the victims filing their complaint the following day.

Acting PAF spokesperson Cherri Pie Fernandez confirmed that a similar case is being investigated by the AFP General Headquarters.

Fernandez emphasized that the PAF does not tolerate any form of misconduct by its personnel.

He assured the complainants that their rights will be protected and that steps are being taken to ensure they are safeguarded from any intimidation or undue influence during the legal process.
