Comelec Releases Top 20 Polling Centers With Highest Voter Counts Ahead of 2025 Elections

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has released the official list of the top 20 polling centers 2025 elections, identifying the voting sites with the highest number of registered voters nationwide.

According to Comelec, 18 out of the 20 largest voting centers are located in the National Capital Region (NCR), highlighting the region’s dense voter population and its critical role in the upcoming midterm polls.

Leading the list is Nagpayong Elementary School in Pasig City, which has the highest number of registered voters at 47,249.

It is followed by Rosauro Almario Elementary School in Manila with 46,179 voters and Bagong Silang Elementary School in Caloocan City with 39,765 voters.

Other major polling centers include Commonwealth Elementary School in Quezon City with 39,120 voters, Dr. Alejandro Albert Elementary School in Manila with 39,038, and Tenement Elementary School in Taguig City with 38,911.

Santa Cruz Elementary School in Antipolo City is the only non-Metro Manila school in the top 10, with 37,688 registered voters.

Bagong Silangan Elementary School in Quezon City, Bagumbong Elementary School in Caloocan City, and CAA Elementary School-Main in Las Piñas City round out the rest of the top 10.

Also on the list are Malanday Elementary School in Marikina, Epifanio Delos Santos Elementary School and Fernando Maria Guerrero Elementary School in Manila, and Taguig National High School and Rizal Elementary School in Taguig City.

Other high-volume polling centers include Nagkaisang Nayong Elementary School and Rosa Susano Elementary School in Quezon City, Alabang Elementary School in Muntinlupa, Guadalupe Elementary School in Cebu City, and Timoteo Paez Integrated School in Manila.

Comelec’s disclosure is part of its transparency efforts to inform the public and stakeholders about high-density voting areas ahead of the 2025 midterm elections.
