Ilonggos Give Hero’s Welcome to Miss Eco International 2025 Alexie Mae Brooks

Miss Eco International 2025 Alexie Mae Brooks received a warm hero’s welcome from Ilonggos upon her return to Iloilo following her international pageant win in Egypt.

A homecoming parade was held yesterday afternoon, with fans lining the streets to greet the Ilongga beauty queen and attend a special program that included a meet and greet session.

The Iloilo City Council also presented Brooks with a Certificate of Commendation in recognition of her achievement and for bringing pride to the city.

The celebration highlighted the city’s commitment to honoring Ilonggos who elevate the local identity on the global stage.

In an interview with Bombo Radyo, Brooks shared her future plans, particularly her advocacy projects aimed at supporting environmental causes.

She also revealed that the owner of Miss Eco International is expected to visit the Philippines and expressed her intent to invite the pageant head to Iloilo, schedule permitting.

Aside from the crown, Brooks also won the Best in National Costume award during the Miss Eco International 2025 competition held in Egypt.
