According to officials, the children were trapped on the second floor of their house when the fire broke out, making it impossible for them to escape as the flames quickly spread.

In an interview with Bombo Newsteam, the children’s mother said she was in a state of shock and grief after losing all her children in the blaze.

She added that no one was home at the time of the incident, as their father had gone out to retrieve his e-bike while she was on duty.

The family questioned why the children were on the second floor when they usually stayed downstairs while waiting for their father.
