Missing FA-50 Fighter Jet Found in Bukidnon; Two Pilots Confirmed Dead

The missing FA-50 fighter jet was found in Bukidnon, with both pilots confirmed dead, according to the Eastern Mindanao Command (Eastmincom).

Eastmincom Commander Lt. Gen. Luis Rex Bergante confirmed that the aircraft was located on Mt. Kalatungan, where the bodies of the two pilots were still inside the wreckage.

Bergante stated that efforts are underway to retrieve the remains of the fallen pilots.

According to reports from military troops, the aircraft was completely wrecked upon discovery, though it did not explode on impact.

Authorities have secured the crash site to facilitate a thorough investigation into the incident.

Soldiers are currently guarding the area as investigations continue.
