Maghahain ng petisyon sa Korte Suprema ang ilang Mindanawon lawyers ngayong Martes ng umaga.

Layunin ng Petition for Certiorari and Prohibition na kuwestiyonin ang naging proseso ng impeachment na nagmula umano sa reklamong inihain sa Kamara.

Tinutukoy nila na ang pagsisimula nito ay may mga procedural errors, Constitutional infirmity at jurisdictional void.

Ang mga nagsumite ng petisyon ay kinabibilangan nina Atty. Israelito Torreon, Atty. Martin Delgra, Atty. James Reserva, Atty. Hillary Olga Reserva at iba pa.

Ang petisyong ihahain ay kumukuwestiyon sa proseso ng impeachment na nagmula sa nasabing reklamo, isinasaalang-alang na ang pagsisimula nito ay may mga pagkakamaling procedural, constitutional infirmity, at jurisdictional void.
