Motorcyclist Dies After Collision with Ten-Wheeler Truck

A motorcyclist died after colliding with a ten-wheeler truck in Barangay 10 San Miguel, Sarrat, Ilocos Norte.

The Sarrat Municipal Police Station identified the victim as Mark Adrian Amper, 23, a resident of Barangay 13 San Pedro in the same town.

The driver of the dump truck was Ramon Curameng, 44, a resident of San Andres II in Bacarra.

Initial investigations revealed that the motorcycle, traveling northbound, suddenly veered into the opposite lane and collided with the oncoming truck.

The impact caused the victim to sustain severe head injuries, and although he was rushed to Dingras District Hospital, he was declared dead while receiving treatment.

Authorities are conducting a thorough investigation into the incident to determine further details.
