The MS OCC is a one-year program designed for baccalaureate degree holders, preparing them to serve as Second Lieutenants in the Philippine Army (PA) and Philippine Air Force (PAF), or as Ensigns in the Philippine Navy (PN).

Marcos pledged to enhance the AFP’s training programs, modernize its equipment, and ensure it is equipped to face present and future challenges.

He underscored the role of unity in creating an AFP that embodies resilience, alliances, and technological excellence.

The President also urged the graduates to fulfill their mandates with dedication and excellence.
