A Filipino man died in a car accident in Italy, the Philippine Consulate General in Milan confirmed.

The consulate reported that the man’s vehicle crashed into a post in front of their office on Saturday.

Officials did not specify if the victim was heading to the consulate when the incident occurred.

The consulate expressed condolences to the victim’s family, who have yet to be identified.
