Roads have become impassable due to the severe flooding.

The bridge connecting Brgy. San Agustin, Iriga, and Brgy. San Juan, Baao, Camarines Sur, collapsed after the Waras River overflowed. Meanwhile, the Naga River also surged beyond its banks due to continuous heavy rain.

The home of Mayor Jerold Peña in San Jose Partido, Camarines Sur, was not spared, as it, too, was flooded by the storm.

The Naga City Government is urgently appealing for trucks to aid in rescue operations.
