Motorcyclist Dies in Fatal Collision with SUV

A motorcyclist was killed in a collision with an SUV on the Maa Bypass Road near the Maa Police Station in Davao City.

The Davao City Police reported that the accident occurred at approximately 5:30 PM.

The incident involved a Toyota Fortuner SUV driven by a man identified only as ‘Michael,’ a resident of Bajada Bacaca, Davao City.

The motorcyclist, who remains unidentified, was riding a Motorstar Idol 110S motorcycle.

Initial police investigation revealed that the Toyota Fortuner was traveling along Countryside Road, while the motorcycle came from the direction of San Rafael.

Upon reaching the intersection, the two vehicles collided head on, causing the motorcyclist to be thrown from the vehicle.

The impact resulted in the death of the motorcycle driver.
