The Public Order and Safety Division (POSD) of Cauayan City has issued a warning to tricycle drivers involved in voyeuristic activities, stating that they could face legal charges and license revocation.

POSD Chief Pilarito Mallillin urged passengers to remain vigilant and report any tricycle drivers caught using side mirrors to peep at passengers.

This statement follows an incident where a tricycle driver installed a side mirror that allowed him to spy on passengers inside the vehicle.

The incident was captured in a photograph and shared on social media to alert the public to exercise caution when riding tricycles.

Chief Mallillin emphasized that this behavior is strictly prohibited, and the city government has ordinances in place to address such violations.

If complaints are filed, POSD takes immediate action and coordinates with the business and licensing office to reprimand the offending tricycle drivers.
