Miru Systems Assures 2025 Elections Security Despite Partner’s Withdrawal

Miru Systems has assured that the 2025 midterm elections will not be compromised despite St. Timothy Construction Corp. backing out of their joint venture for the automated election system.

The company emphasized that St. Timothy Construction Corporation was not involved in the development of machines or services to be used in the elections.

They clarified that the company’s role was limited to assisting with compliance to regulatory guidelines.

Miru Systems stated that preparations for completing the remaining Automated Counting Machines (ACMs) and other election essentials, as per their contract, are already ahead of schedule.

To date, they have delivered 50,000 ACMs, along with election peripherals and new printing machines.

The company is also conducting technician training and establishing 110 repair hubs across the Philippines.

Miru Systems reiterated its commitment to providing a clean and secure election process for the country.
