Motorcycle-Driving Student Killed in San Esteban Accident

A student was declared dead on arrival following a motorcycle accident on the National Highway in Barangay San Nicolas, San Esteban, Ilocos Sur on October 2, 2024, at around 11:29 AM.

The victim, identified as a 20-year-old resident of Barangay Turod, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, was driving a Suzuki Raider 150 motorcycle, colored violet and black.

According to CCTV footage, the motorcycle was heading north when the driver lost control upon reaching a sharp curve.

The student then collided with the rear portion of a parked Mitsubishi Aluminum van on the side of the road.

Due to the severe injuries sustained in various parts of his body, the victim was rushed to Ilocos Sur District Hospital in Narvacan.

However, he was declared dead upon arrival.
