Largest EducationUSA University Fair Set for October 9 in Manila

The U.S. Embassy in the Philippines is gearing up for the biggest EducationUSA University Fair ever held in Manila.

Scheduled for October 9, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Atrium of One Ayala Mall, Makati City, the event will feature 43 U.S. colleges and universities, offering students and parents a unique opportunity to explore study options in the United States.

The fair is free to the public and encourages students, parents, and educators to pre-register online at educationusa.ph/Fair2024.

Additionally, a similar fair will take place in Cebu on October 8, offering more opportunities for students outside the capital.

U.S. Ambassador to the Philippines, MaryKay Carlson, expressed enthusiasm about the event: “We are excited to bring together so many universities in one place.

The United States offers thousands of academic programs, world-class institutions, and unparalleled flexibility in education. I encourage you to consider the U.S. for your higher education.”

During the event, university representatives will offer guidance on admissions procedures, academic programs, student life, and scholarship opportunities.

U.S. Embassy consular officers will also be present to discuss the student visa application process.

Participating institutions include prestigious universities like Yale, Carnegie Mellon, and George Washington University, along with community colleges and specialized schools.

The event promises a wide array of educational paths for prospective students.
