President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. is closely monitoring the impact of Typhoon Julian, which is expected to affect several areas in Northern Luzon.

In an ambush interview in Tarlac, the President assured the public that the government has prepositioned relief goods for communities heavily impacted by the storm.

The President shared that he was scheduled to visit Ilocos yesterday, but heavy rains and worsening weather conditions prevented him from traveling.

He also warned that Typhoon Julian is expected to strengthen further, urging the public, especially those in the typhoon’s path, to stay vigilant.
