The number of areas with class suspensions has increased today due to the effects of Typhoon Julian. Local governments in regions near the center of the storm have announced the cancellation of classes across all levels.

- Laoag City, Ilocos Norte
- Ilocos Sur
- La Union
- Pangasinan: Bayambang, Mapandan, Rosales, Urdaneta, Malasiqui, San Fabian, Mangaldan, Bautista
Region 2:
- Batanes (until October 1)
- Cagayan Province: Aparri, Calayan, Tuao, Amulung, Baggao, Gattaran, Iguig, Lal-lo, Santa Praxedes
- Kinder to Grade 12 Only: Allacapan, Enrile, Pamplona, Peñablanca, Sanchez Mira, Sto. Niño, Tuguegarao City
Region 3:
- Aurora Province
Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR):
