Man Found Dead in San Nicolas Irrigation: Police Investigate Possible Causes

LAOAG CITY – A man’s lifeless body was found in an irrigation system near his residence in Barangay 13, San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte.

Authorities believe that the victim, who reportedly had a medical condition, consumed alcohol the night before the incident.
