The House of Representatives’ Quad Committee believes that former Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) General Manager and Police Colonel Royina Garma lied during her testimony in the committee’s hearing on alleged extrajudicial killings (EJK) under the Duterte administration.

To support this claim, Representative Bienvenido Abante raised Garma’s relationship with Senior Police Officer 4 Arthur Narsolis, who has been implicated in the killing of three Chinese drug lords at the Davao Prison and Penal Farm (DPPF) in 2016.

According to earlier testimonies, Narsolis was identified as the one who ordered the execution of the three victims.

Abante also questioned Garma if she was aware that Narsolis had a wife and children when they had a relationship.

Garma explained that she had already been annulled from her previous husband, while Narsolis was separated from his spouse.

Meanwhile, Narsolis was cited in contempt for failing to appear at the hearing.
