The “Handog ng Pangulo” program was launched on Friday, and it includes simultaneous distribution of aid and government services to all 82 provinces nationwide.

The program aims to empower Filipinos to improve their lives through various programs, training, and starter assistance, making government services more accessible and closer to the people.

The initiative also seeks to foster collective action towards a “Bagong Pilipinas.”
