The trough of Tropical Storm Bebinca is currently affecting the eastern sections of the Visayas and Mindanao, while the Southwest Monsoon is influencing Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

As of 3:00 PM today, Tropical Storm Bebinca (2413) was located approximately 1,750 km east-northeast of Eastern Visayas (14.5°N, 141.5°E). Bebinca has maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h, gustiness up to 105 km/h, and is moving northwestward at 20 km/h.
